In the unlikely event that a picture you have received is faulty in any way, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement or full refund. We will also reimburse you with the cost of postage back to us. If a picture is in perfect condition but you decide that it doesn’t suit the situation that
you had designed for it, please contact us within seven days (the 'cooling off' period) so that we can arrange a replacement or full refund. In this instance we would respectfully ask that you cover the cost of sending the picture back to us.Our gallery
We do have a number of images available to view at our small gallery in Holt, north Norfolk (please call 01263 712889 if you would like to arrange viewing). Holt is a great place to visit, with many interesting shops, cafés and restaurants (check out Byfords award winning café, deli and posh B&B). The Casa Andalus showroom backs onto the popular Chapel Yard centre for arts, crafts and antiques, adjacent to which there is a large car park. You will find the entrance to this in Albert Street which is well signposted in the town.
