Please allow £3.00-£5.00 carriage and packing per lantern (UK mainland addresses), depending on size. This can be reduced for multiple orders made at the same time for delivery to a single address.
Returns Policy In the unlikely event that a lantern you have received is faulty in any way, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement or full refund. We will also reimburse you with the cost of postage back to us. If a lantern is in perfect condition but you decide that it doesn’t suit the situation that you had designed for it, please contact us within seven days so that we can arrange a replacement or full refund. In this instance we would respectfully ask that you cover the cost of sending the lantern back to us.
